First Class of the RCC Emergency Medical Technician Training Program Graduates

Hudson Valley News & Events – Rockland Community College Emergency Medical Technician Training Program was created last year in partnership with Rockland Paramedics, the Rockland Workforce Board and Rockland Career Center to help alleviate an ongoing Emergency Medical Technician and paramedic shortage in the region while helping unemployed and underemployed workers on a new career path.

RCC Ranks 6 in NY State For Community Colleges

POWER 93.7 WBLK shared the Top 10 in NY for Community College’s list that originated from WalletHub’s Best & Worst Community Colleges article. Community colleges offer students the ability to get higher education without having as much financial strain. Individual community colleges, however, vary in quality and affordability. To determine where students can receive the best education at the lowest price, WalletHub compared more than 650 community colleges across 19 key indicators of cost and quality. Our data set ranges from the cost of in-state tuition and fees to student-faculty ratio to graduation rate.
